Gentlemen:
We have a very important question for you.
We have copied this letter, to a global pool of investigative reporters, community groups and voters.
State and federal executives engaged in an organized crime kickback scheme. Our American companies, and staff, were caught in the middle, as innocent “collateral damage”. These corrupt government employees destroyed lives, homes, families, savings, careers, jobs, reputations and American job-creating industries, purely out of greed.
There are millions of pages of evidence, 60 Minutes episodes and irrefutable proof that this happened and that we were maliciously targeted in the TARP and “Cleantech” kickback schemes.
To avoid further cover-ups, we are publicly tracking the responses to this letter. Here is the question for you:
"HOW ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AND REPLACE OUR DAMAGES AND LOSSES?”
This is not a rhetorical question. We expect a non-form letter, non-evasive, fully responsive reply.
So do the voters. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you so much.
Onward and upward.
Sincerely,
The CleanTech Victims
PS: Please provide this quote to the opposition attorney, and the court. In fact, feel free to put it on record with the court.Tell him that we have no problem with the use of this quote and that neither will over 10,000 international investigative journalists and citizens groups that our first press releases, tweets, torrents, billboards, blogs, websites, radio shows and other, so far highly effective, techniques will reach.
“We are not interested in hearing the opposition whine about ‘negotiations and damages settlements not being within the scope of the law or the court ruling’. The federal employees, and federal executive offices, that we sued, had no problem bending the law in order to operate a half trillion dollar organized crime embezzlement scam using taxpayer dollars. They had no problem breaking the law in order to use government resources to put economic and character assassination hit jobs on us. They easily found that the law could be ‘adjusted’ to allow them to participate in insider trading scams that are illegal for everyone else.
If the opposition cannot create an adjustment to bring justice, and fairness, to this case, then taxpaying voters can easily see the writing on the wall.
Either the opposition attorney will decide to shield organized crime, by elected and appointed officials, in a major election cycle; or he will do the right thing, and prove that there is a smidgen of justice left in America, for taxpayers. The eyes of the world are now focused on the example he, and his bosses, choose to set”
